Deleting your account

You can delete your Whiskerfall account and your cat at any time, from the website or the apps:

1. Log in at whiskerfall.com or in the app.
2. Open Settings (the gear button in the menu).
3. Under Account, tap Delete account…, enter your password, and tap Delete forever.

What is deleted

Your account, your cat and its save, your friends list, blocks, open Exchange offers and listings, push notification tokens and login sessions. If you lead a colony, it passes to the next member. Reports you made stay with the moderators without your name. Deletion is immediate in the live game, and copies leave our backups within seven days.

Can't log in?

Write to support@whiskerfall.com from the address you want us to answer, with your username and cat's name, and we'll delete it for you.
